In most cases finding the solutions to a problem takes time and most important, knowing what questions to ask. We pride ourselves and using years of real world knowledge obtained within the store to help you find a solution that works.

Dog and Cat Nutrition is our 9 hour a day job, 6 days a week job; not 8 hours of training on all animals during Veterinary school. The difference is like asking an engineer to fix your car instead of a mechanic. The engineer might be able to trouble shoot the problem but in most cases they don’t have a clue how to actually fix the problem. So the mechanic may say to just take their car. It may get you where you need to go but your car still isn’t fixed.

We have seen a lot of issues over the years and we pride ourselves on taking the extra time to ask the right questions to help you find the cause of the problem. Once we understand the cause, we can help you solution the issue. The difference is solving the issue instead of taking a drug to mask the symptoms.
